When you request a design, we collect your name, email, message, and any optional business details, telephone number, website, package, or design preference you submit. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive client information.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a design discussion, provide requested services, and maintain records of our communications. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for third-party advertising.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in our website’s private inquiry database. We use Resend to send inquiry notifications to our business inbox. Resend and the email provider process information needed to deliver and store those messages. Hosting and network providers may process connection information to operate the website.
Cookies and media
This website currently uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Playground video files are served by this website. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Security
We use measures intended to protect inquiry information, but no website, hosting system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Unauthorized access and security incidents remain possible. Our service limitations are explained in the Terms of Service; they do not remove legal duties concerning data protection or breach notification.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records and related emails are retained to handle requests, support customer relationships, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact luxduckdesign@gmail.com. We may retain information when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.

This policy concerns LuxDuxx’s own website. Each client is responsible for the notices and permissions appropriate to their own website and its visitors; additional arrangements may be agreed as part of the project.
